1&2. Our office buildings
The executive office building serves as the reception area for clients from both domestic and international markets and provides office space for staff. It is directly connected to the workshop, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination between management and production.
3.Welding Workshop
The welding workshop showcases both manual and automated welding processes. Nearby, our machine welding section demonstrates computer-controlled precision, while the manual welding area highlights the craftsmanship required for specific products, such as tubular fences. By visiting, clients can see firsthand how our staff work with dedication and how each fence is carefully welded. The combination of advanced automation and skilled manual techniques ensures both efficiency and superior quality.
4.Weaving Workshop
The weaving workshop is dedicated to producing chain link fence panels and various agricultural fencing products, such as fixed knot fences for cattle, deer, goats, and other livestock. Equipped with specialized weaving machines, the workshop operates in a noisy environment—an authentic sign of a true production site where real work is carried out.
5.Galvanizing Workshop
The galvanizing workshop is where hot-dip galvanizing is carried out for fencing products such as wire mesh fences and tubular fences. Zinc coating is applied according to client requirements and in full compliance with ASTM, EN, BS, and AS/NZS standards.
6.PVC Coating Workshop
Our PVC coating workshop is dedicated to producing hot-dip PVC powder–coated fencing products, such as wire mesh fences and chain link fences. The coating can be applied in two ways—standard PVC coating and adhesive (bonded) PVC coating—depending on client requirements. All products comply with international standards, including ASTM, EN, BS, and AS/NZS.
7.Warehouse
Our warehouse is where we store all fencing materials and components before production. These include steel plate rolls for post fabrication, steel wire rolls for welded fence panels, “Y”-shaped posts for stock fencing, as well as other essential parts and accessories.

01、Base Material Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
Pre-treatment: Includes degreasing, pickling, water washing, and other steps.
Zinc Plating: Removes residual oxides from the surface of the workpiece .
Hot-Dip Galvanizing: The workpiece is immersed in molten zinc to allow the zinc to fully react with the steel surface, forming a zinc-iron alloy layer and a pure zinc layer.
02、Shot Blasting and Polishing Process
Uses a high-speed stream of abrasive particles to impact the surface of the workpiece, achieving surface cleaning, strengthening, and polishing.
Effectively removes various impurities from the workpiece surface, ensuring high cleanliness and roughness requirements.
03、Surface Conditioning, Phosphating
Surface Conditioning: Increases the activity of the workpiece surface, promoting the uniform and rapid formation of subsequent phosphating films, improving the finesse and quality of the phosphating layer, and speeding up the phosphating process.
Phosphating: Provides protection to the base metal, prevents corrosion to some extent.
04、Electrostatic Powder Coating
Using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, a uniform layer of powder coating is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece. The coated workpiece is then placed in a high-temperature furnace to melt, level, and cure the powder.This process improves the wear resistance, impact resistance.
